DURING MY FIRST PREGNANCY

I had a lot of back pain and discomfort. Everything hurt. For my second pregnancy, I hired Jess to design a training program tailored to my pregnancy and my body. She helped me get back into shape after my first was born, and I trusted her to put together a program that was right for me. I am so much more comfortable this time around!
