  • Classes are approx 45-50 min long with a warm up, full body workout, relaxation breathing and a stretch. Once you sign up for the class, check your inbox for your confirmation email with more details about your location.  We are so excited to meet you soon!
  • No need to bring anything as we will be using all the amazing equipment like dumbells, kettlebells and anything else the studio has to offer.

All classes BABY FRIENDLY so you can bring your little one with you. There will be options to have them be a part of the workout when possible OR you can bring your car seat/blanket in if you would like. Our rule is whatever works for you, works for us as well. Don't want to bring your little one?? That's fine too. It's a class for you anyway lol.

Your instructor is a prenatal and postpartum specialist and will make sure your workout is both challenging and safe for all levels of fitness. Don't hesitate to bring up any issues at all at the beginning of class. We are here to make you as comfortable as possible.

**ATTENTION**  This is private training studio and the doors will only be opened 10-15min before the start of your class when your instructor arrives. The doors remain locked and only open to member at all other times.
