Attention!

Our classes run RAIN or SHINE! Please dress appropriately on rainy days and bring stroller covers for the little ones. In the event that it is thundering and unsafe to be outside, watch out for an email from your instructor with an alternate date for your class or a virtual option.

Make-up Policy & Procedure

We have an extremely flexible make up policy where if you have to miss class for ANY reason, you can attend another class in ANY other location across the GTA during your CURRENT SESSION (if spots are open).

  • Please email us at INFO@MIGHTYMOM.CA and let us know that you have missed your class and we will email you MAKE-UP CLASS CODE to book a DROP IN class FREE OF CHARGE on our website.
  • MAKE-UP CLASS CODES are one time use only and can't be shared with anyone else and will expire when the current session ends.
  • ** IMPORTANT**
    You MUST be booked into a class through our website to attend your make-up class. Please do not just SHOW UP as we will not be able to contact you if something changes at the last minute and your instructors will be able to prepare for an accurate number of mamas coming to their class.

  • Make sure you are cleared for exercise by your birth professional BEFORE attending class. 
  • Recommended for babies 6 weeks and older (but all ages welcome).
  • Classes are approx 45-50 min long with a warm up, full body workout, relaxation breathing and a stretch.
  • Make sure to bring a water bottle, running shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting a bit dirty.
  • Bring a mat/towel or blanket that can go on the ground for you and your little one.
  • Sunscreen and sunglasses are always a good idea.
  • Feel free to bring your carrier or anything else that will help keep your little one happy. Snacks, toys are always encouraged.

And as always - we will be working out at a safe distance from each other.

Frequently Asked Questions

My child is older and moving around, can I still come to class?

Yes of Course! There is no age limit to bring your kids to a Mighty Mom Class. We will do our best to accommodate exercises that include children that are mobile but please bring snacks and toys to help your child stay busy if you can.

I'm dealing some core dysfunction(prolapse, diastasis recti, back pain) after birth, is this class right for me?

Yes! You are in the right place MAMA! All of our instructors are trained to help you get a great workout while making sure you are engaging in safe exercise for any postpartum issue. A strong foundation including breathwork is always incorporated into our classes. Please let your instructor know BEFORE the class so they can prepare modifications to help you during your workout.

This is my first workout since having a baby and I'm nervous. What can I expect?

You are in the right place mama. We know it can be scary to move again but our instructors are trained to lead workouts that are challenging for all levels of fitness and postpartum recovery.  You'll get guided instruction on how to do every move and we create a positive and supportive environment at the same time. Take breaks as much as you need and ask questions. We are here to support you!

I've been exercising for a while. Will this be challenging enough for me?

Mighty Mom workouts are challenging and our instructors are trained to give SEVERAL options for EVERY level of fitness.  We are all athletes ourselves and know how important it is to feel challenged in a workout.  Let your instructor know that you want to be pushed and we can make it happen. :-)
