Earlscourt Park 10am 5 Weeks Session

  • thursdays @ 10am
  • Classes are approx 45-50 min long with a warm up, full body workout, relaxation breathing and a stretch. Once you sign up for the class, check your inbox for your confirmation email with more details about your location.  We are so excited to meet you soon!
  • Make sure to bring a water bottle, running shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting a bit dirty.
  • Bring a mat/towel or blanket that can go on the ground for you and your little one.
  • Sunscreen and sunglasses are always a good idea.
  • Feel free to bring your carrier or anything else that will help keep your little one happy. Snacks, toys are always encouraged.

Your instructor is a prenatal and postpartum specialist and will make sure your workout is both challenging and safe for all levels of fitness. Don't hesitate to bring up any issues at all at the beginning of class. We are here to make you as comfortable as possible.
